Terms of service

These terms set out how Presenza Agency works with clients on enquiries, bookings and events.

About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries, bookings and services provided by Presenza Agency, including music management, brand partnerships and event management.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed once we confirm availability, agree the fee with you and you accept the quote in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees, deposits and payment dates are set out in your quote and booking confirmation. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking.

Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as early as possible if your event changes or is cancelled, as charges for late cancellations are set out in your booking confirmation.

If an artist is unable to perform, we will offer a suitable replacement of the same standard or a refund of the fee for that performance.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate event details and to provide a safe working environment for our artists, including suitable space, power, sound requirements and any venue rules or curfews.

Intellectual property

The content, artwork and photography on this site belong to Presenza Agency or to our partners and may not be reused without our permission.

Liability

We take care in the work we deliver, but we are not liable for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, including venue or supplier failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
